Chef and owner Ron Marino’s mission is to recreate the food and camaraderie from his Long Island upbringing, and serve it in a warm Sunday Italian family dinner atmosphere every night. Christine's menu features many familiar favorites as well as a welcome twist or two in the form of daily specials.

At Christine's we don’t try to reinvent the wheel; we know what we do well, and it is our mission to turn out consistently good, honest food, rooted in fresh ingredients, much made from scratch.
